Some people seem to be saying that "no mask" should be permanently added to "no shirt, no shoes, no service." They also say that a mask is just a piece of cloth; it's not a fascist symbol of submission or slavery, so just wear the damn mask. Yes, a mask is just a piece of cloth, but it can be a sweaty piece of cloth that is possibly collecting germs and viruses throughout the day.
Various people point out that viruses are small enough to easily pass through a mask, but others say those viruses have to travel inside of larger droplets that are stopped by a mask. Problem is that it seems like most people are constantly touching their masks. If they are infected with COVID-19 and don't know it, they're getting the virus and whatever germs are infesting their moist masks all over their fingers and spreading it that way. Masks could be making things worse since they're causing people to touch their faces more often.

We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection. Public health authorities define a significant exposure to Covid-19 as face-to-face contact within 6 feet with a patient with symptomatic Covid-19 that is sustained for at least a few minutes (and some say more than 10 minutes or even 30 minutes). The chance of catching Covid-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal. In many cases, the desire for widespread masking is a reflexive reaction to anxiety over the pandemic.

Thousands of news outlets covering the swine flu outbreak are showing people in Mexico and other countries wearing cloth or paper surgical masks that are worn routinely in operating rooms by surgical personnel. Some health authorities have urged people to use them to protect themselves and reduce the chance of contracting type A H1N1 influenza.
The only problem with that strategy is that for the prevention of transmission of swine flu this type of mask is essentially worthless. Surgical masks will not block aerosolized particles as small as a droplet containing influenza virions from entering the airway. They essentially stop only spittle from a surgeon’s mouth and mucous from a surgeon’s nose from inadvertently dropping into a wound.

Wild-eyed screechy finger-pointers scramble desperately to post videos showing that wearing a mask will not change your blood oxygen level, but most of those videos show a person only doing the test for a few minutes while sitting down. A lot of people are forced to wear a mask at work all day long and not all of them have desk jobs where they just sit around in air conditioned comfort. Whether they have air conditioning or not, many people are walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and so on throughout the day. Try breathing through a mask once it's soaked with sweat and let me know how that goes.
I've been using cheap ear loop surgical masks while mowing for years and I have to replace the wet mask with a fresh new one at least once an hour. It's extremely difficult to breathe through a wet mask.
Taylor Raine posted a YouTube video where she exercised for a few minutes while wearing no mask, a surgical mask, and a cloth mask. Her blood oxygen level didn't change according to the fingertip blood oxygen saturation monitor she was using, but her heart rate was higher while wearing the masks (no mask was 115 bpm, surgical mask was 151 bpm, and cloth mask was 160 bpm).
I wish somebody would test the blood a few volunteers throughout a hard day of work without a mask, with a surgical mask, and with a cloth mask.

Some people don't lock their vehicles because they claim thieves will break a window, then they'll complain when their stuff is stolen. Depending on the city, thieves that go around checking doors seem to want their larceny to be as easy, quick, and quiet as possible. When I was a child in the late 1970s, I had to train my mother to lock her car doors. That was back when you had to physically lock each door. Now we can lock all doors with the press of just one button, so it's amazing to me when people will still leave their vehicles unlocked (some will even have a key sitting in the unlocked car). At home or away from home, we always lock the car when inside of it and when walking away from it for a significant amount of time. Going to work? Lock the doors. Going to the park? Lock the doors. Going shopping? Lock the doors. Going in your house? Lock the doors.

The etheric body looks like a ghostly glowing copy of your physical body. It is a pattern of energy that guides your biological cells into growing and behaving in an organized way, keeping you alive and healthy. Think of the etheric body like the field of a magnet pulling on a bunch of tiny metal pieces, pointing them into an orderly pattern. It does the same thing to the cells in your physical body. Without the etheric, your physical body would eventually fall apart. People who lose their limbs in accidents often continue to feel something there even though the physical limb is gone-they are feeling the etheric part that stayed intact. Normally the etheric overlaps your physical body, but during sleep it may expand and hover above it a little. The energy that the etheric body is made of is lifeforce energy. Fresh fruits and vegetables have lots of it because they are alive, and everyone knows that fresh is healthier for you than cooked, though not everyone knows it's because cooking also removes the etheric lifeforce energy in food.
Even less physical than the etheric, but also more vibrant and sophisticated is the astral body. It does to the etheric body what the etheric does to the physical. Basically it influences the shape and behavior of the etheric. What makes the astral body different is that instead of dealing with lifeforce energy, the astral deals with emotional and creative energy. Rather than moving the cells of your body, it moves your feelings. The types of feelings you regularly have determine the shape and color of your astral body. But because the astral is so close to the mind, the way it looks is often more symbolic than anything. For instance, an angry or wicked person will have an astral body that looks crooked and scary, even though the physical body looks normal.
So to summarize, the mind infuences the astral, the astral infuences the etheric, and the etheric infuences the body. In this way the mind can control the body. Now if you think negative thoughts all the time, it will affect your astral body and make it full of negative emotions, which then influence the etheric by making it darker and weaker, which then over time causes illness in the physical body. Therefore to stay healthy, it is important to not dwell all the time on stress, useless negative thoughts, and bad feelings.
Also, children fall ill more easily than adults. This is partly because their physical immune system has not yet been trained to fight disease, and partly because their etheric body is softer and weaker. If you eat more living foods like fruits and vegetables, focus on the happy things in life that fill you with gratitude, and stop worrying about what you cannot change, you can greatly reduce how often you get sick regardless of your age.

Nothing occurs in your life—nothing—which is not first a thought. Thoughts are like magnets, drawing effects to you. The thought may not always be obvious, and thus clearly causative, as in, "I'm going to contract a terrible disease." The thought may be (and usually is) far more subtle than that. ("I am not worthy to live.") ("My life is always a mess.") ("I am a loser.") ("God is going to punish me.") ("I am sick and tired of my life!")
Thoughts are a very subtle, yet extremely powerful, form of energy. Words are less subtle, more dense. Actions are the most dense of all. Acton is energy in heavy physical form, in heavy motion. When you think, say, and act out a negative concept such as "I am a loser," you place tremendous creative energy into motion. Small wonder you come down with a cold. That would be the least of it.

If you get cramps in your feet, legs, or arms after physical activity, a quick and easy solution is to have a sports drink such as Gatorade instead of water, caffeine drinks, fruit juices, or alcohol. Drinking a sports drink that contains sodium and potassium during the activity should prevent most cramps. There are times when I'm not able to get a sports drink when I need it, so the cramps usually start up later in the evening, but drinking a sports drink even that many hours later will stop the cramps. It's like a magical cure for cramps. I don't remember a time when a sports drink has let me down. You can go back to drinking your pure water and fresh fruit and vegetable juices the rest of the time, but if you want a quick way to stop the cramps, a sports drink always works for me.
Some people will tell you that adding more salt to your diet will help, but I have been guilty of using far more salt than the average person and it never helped get rid of cramps. Eating foods that contained a lot of potassium didn't help and neither did taking supplements. It seems that a sports drink will do more to stop cramps than just about anything.

Negative ions are good for us. You might want to avoid positive ion generators and ozone generators. A plain old air cleaner is better than nothing, but one that produces negative ions makes the air in a room fresher and easier for me to breathe. It also helps to brighten my mood.
Never litter. Toss it in the trash or take it home. Do not throw it on the ground. Also remember that good people clean up after themselves at home, out in public, at a campsite and so on. Leave it better than you found it.
Seems like more people than ever finally care about water, land, and air pollution, but the climate change cash grab scam is designed to put more of your money into the bank accounts of greedy politicians. Those power-hungry schemers try to trick us with bad data and lies about overpopulation while pretending to be caring do-gooders. Trying to eliminate pollution is a good thing, but the carbon footprint of the average law-abiding human right now is actually making the planet greener instead of killing it.
Eliminating farms and ranches, eating bugs, getting locked down in 15-minute cities, owning nothing, using digital currency (with expiration dates) that is tied to your social credit score, and paying higher taxes will not make things better and “save the Earth.” All that stuff is part of an agenda that has nothing to do with making the world a better place for the average person. It's all about control, depopulation, and making things better for the ultra-rich. They just want enough peasants left alive to keep things running smoothly.
