High-quality hand exerciser with spring-loaded finger piston technology. Isolates and strengthens each finger individually for better overall coordination. Improves user control of bats, racquets, clubs, guitars, and other sports equipment. Fits conveniently in your pocket; lets you strengthen fingers anytime, anywhere.
I own a pair of these and they fit in my hands perfectly and they're much easier on the hands than the old style hand grippers with two bars connected to a spring that can rip up your hands unless you wear gloves.
I've wanted a mountain climbing machine for a long time, but couldn't afford one. Seems they were everywhere in the late 1980s, even set up in department stores. In May of 2005, I heard Sylvester Stallone mention the VersaClimber on Imus in the Morning on MSNBC and I immediately ran to Google to check it out. VersaClimber is what I've been looking for, but it costs over a thousand dollars, which is more than a lot of people can afford, but I will find a way to buy one as soon as I can.
The VersaClimber provides a more complete, safe and overall better exercise than treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, running, cycling, swimming, rowing or cross country skiing because the VersaClimber works all the major muscles of the body in one safe, smooth rhythmic motion. Climbing against gravity also burns more calories than any other exercise. It's exactly the kind of machine I always should have had. Amazon sells various climbing machines, but they aren't as good as VersaClimber.
You might also want to check out a moving climbing wall. Treadwall is a rotating climbing wall that incorporates auto-stop technology for self-paced, motor-less climbing with adjustable angles and holds.
Exerlopers are a unique type of running shoe that is fundamentally changing the experience of running and fitness. They absorb and store energy that would otherwise be wasted in the form of shock. The springs release the energy slowly and gradually towards the exercised muscles of runners, giving them a safer and healthier workout. The patented Exerlopers are made of durable, space age materials. They are easy to use and require no maintenance.
Some people appear to have a mental illness because they have a vitamin B deficiency. For example, the wife of a guy I used to chat with online had severe mood swings which seemed to be caused by food allergies or intolerances. She would became irrational, obnoxious, throw tantrums, and generally act like she had a mental illness. The horrid behavior stopped after she started taking a vitamin B complex. I’ve been taking Jarrow B-Right for many years. It makes me much easier to live with.
Unfermented soy is bad! “When she stopped eating soy, the mental problems went away.” Fermented soy doesn’t bother me, but the various versions of unfermented soy (soy flour, soybean oil, and so on) that are used in all kinds of products these days causes a negative mental health reaction in me that a vitamin B complex can’t tame. The sinister encroachment of soy has made the careful reading of ingredients a necessity.
Negative ions are good for us. You might want to avoid positive ion generators and ozone generators. Whenever I need a new air cleaner (with negative ion generator), I buy it from surroundair.com. A plain old air cleaner is better than nothing, but one that produces negative ions makes the air in a room fresher and easier for me to breathe. It also helps to brighten my mood.
Never litter. Toss it in the trash or take it home. Do not throw it on the ground.
Hydrofracking is bad for you, your family, your friends, and the environment.
