I didn't get this one off the Internet. It came out of my brain. Some time in 2020 or 2021 I got the idea to unclog a toilet with some Dawn dish soap that I had sitting around. I figured that if it works to get a ring to easily slide off your finger and other jobs like that, it might work for booty biscuits. It's worked every time for me so far.
Kitchen Tips Online at YouTube says that he's been using Fume Free Easy-Off Oven Cleaner (#ad) for over 20 years with no problems. He only leaves it on for 15 or 20 minutes, so it has never damaged his sheet pans.
Man Time TV at YouTube said “Self cleaning the oven is the #1 reason that ovens damage themselves. They are not made to run and to be used at these extreme high temps for that amount of time. Some of them can reach around 900* plus and it will burn out the circuit board, elements, fuses, wires etc. I fix many appliances and see this all the time.” It was a reply to a comment by @dwurry1.
People online also complain about the horrid toxic stench when they use the self-clean feature, so that's another reason to avoid it.
